Household Demographics Definitions Grid
Make the following menu selections to display the grid:
Setup—Property—Additional—Household Demographics Definitions
Use this tab to track household-related information as
opposed to information on an individual occupant of a unit. An example
of a household demographic would be the number of cars or pets in the
household, or the total income of the household.
Fields
Prompt
The identification for a demographic prompt. Click
to view or edit details
on the Household
Demographics Tab.
Data Type
The type of prompt.
Required
Indicates whether or not the field is required;
that is, when the field displays for an end-user, whether or not the end-user
must be complete it.
Length *
Indicates the number of characters that can be
entered into the field by an end-user.
Active
Indicates whether or not the field is active (that
is, whether or not it displays for an end-user).
Delete
Click the Delete icon
to
delete a household demographic prompt.
Add Household Demographics
Click to
add a new demographics prompt.
Find
Complete the field and select this button to find
a demographic.
