Sales Groups Setup
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this page:
Setup—Rebillings—Retail—Sales Groups
Use this tab to add, view, and delete Sales Group associations.
After you set up Sales Groups then you can set up Sales
Categories.
Note
in column headers allow you to change what appears in
the grid. Sales Category

Note
A red asterisk ( * )
indicates a required field or selection.
Add Sales Group button
Select this button to add a Sales Group to eSite.
Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.
Sales Group*
The user-defined
Sales Group. Once saved, it cannot be edited. Examples:
Apparel
CONS
Health
Home
Description*
The description of the Sales Group. Examples:
Apparel/Accessories
Consumer services
Health related
Home
related
Delete
Use the Delete button
to delete a Sales Group. Refer to the delete instructions later in this
topic.
Reset button
Use the Reset button to discard changes to the
grid.
Save button
Use the Save button to save changes to the grid.
Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.
Procedures
To Add a Sales Group
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Rebillings— Retail—Sales
Group. The Sales Groups grid appears.
- From the Sales Groups
grid, click Add Sales Group.
- Enter Sales Group
information into the fields that appear, tabbing between fields.
- Click Save.
To Edit a Sales Group
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Rebillings— Retail—Sales
Groups. The Sales Groups grid appears.
- Click in a field and it becomes editable.
- Make the desired
changes. Use the Fields list for help.
- Click Save.
Note
You cannot edit the Sales Group field.
To Delete a Sales Group
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Rebillings— Retail—Sales
Groups. The Sales Groups grid appears.
- Click the Delete
button for the Sales Group you want to delete. The
Sales Group is deleted from the grid immediately.
- Click Save.
The Sales Group is permanently deleted from the grid.
