Use this tab to set up the interface between eSite and
eFinancials. eFinancials is a flexible Web-based property management accounting
system that includes all standard accounting features. When eFinancials
is integrated with your AMSI property management solution, you can use
it to set up, process, and report on your organization’s financial transactions
and the financial standing of your business.

            eFinancials User
Type your eFinancials user identification. This
field does not display if Use eSite user id is
 checked.
            eFinancials Password
Type your eFinancials user password. This field
does not display if Use eSite user id is checked.
            Confirm Password
Type your eFinancials user password again. This
field does not display if Use eSite user id is
 checked.
            Post to local eFinancials
This option defaults as unchecked. Accept the
default if you do not want the system to post to the local eFinancials
Web server. Or, select this check box if you want the system to post to
 the local eFinancials Web server.
            Examples
If eFinancials is installed on the same Web server
as eSite, you would post to this instance of eFinancials. In that case,
 check the box.
If eFinancials is installed on a different Web
server than eSite, you must indicate to this instance of eSite to post
to eFinancials, which is installed on a different server. In that case,
make sure this option is not checked and then complete the fields eFinancials URL and eFinancials
database. Refer to the field descriptions, below, for more information.
            eFinancials URL
Enter the eFinancials Web site address URL, i.e.,
the URL path where eFinancials is installed. This
field does not display if Post
 to local eFinancials is selected.
            eFinancials Database
Enter the name of the eFinancials database you
want to use. A "database" is a set of database connections,
so this is the name of the database set for the eFinancials database.
This is not the SQL database name. This
field does not display if Post
 to local eFinancials is selected.

                 Note

 Dataset A.
eFinancials is installed on Web server companyserver2,
 Dataset B

 eFinancials: Unchecked

            eFinancials
