Use this page to display leased units for the current
property. You can filter the data based on building, unit, and chose to
include all resident statuses. If you click on a Resident link, the
opens so you can view, add or edit Additional Units for a lease.
Building
Use the lookup button 
to filter
the grid by building. This will filter both Building and Additional Building
values.
Unit
Use the lookup button to filter
the grid by unit. This will filter both Unit and Additional Unit values.
Include all Residents
Select the check box to include all residents
in the grid. The default is unchecked, showing in the grid only residents
with the status Current, On-Notice, and Transfer.
Grid Details
Note
You can click column titles to sort the list by that
column.
Bldg
The building number; for instance 01.
Unit
The unit number; for instance 101.
Resident
The resident identification that appears on lists
and in reports.
Selecting a Resident link displays the
opens.
Status
The lease status identification that appears on
lists and in reports. For example, Current, Leased, Transfer In or Transfer
Out.
Additional Building
Shows the building number of any additional unit
for the Resident.
Additional Unit
Shows the unit number of any additional unit for
the Resident.
