Import Unit Default Charges Tab
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Data Transfer—Import
Unit Default Charges
Use this tab to import Unit Default Charges to eSite.
Fields
Import File
Use the drop-down to select the file to import
to eSite. Only files that exist on the server display.
If the file is not listed, click Upload, upload
the file, and then it will be available to select from the drop-down list.
For details, refer to the "To Upload a File to Import" procedure.
Preliminary
Accept the checked default to do a preliminary
import of the file. Or, uncheck to import the file for posting. It is
recommended that a preliminary import is performed to test the file for
accuracy prior to importing the file to post.
Reset
Click this button to reset to default selections
on the tab.
Upload
Click this button to upload a file to the server
so that it can be imported to eSite.
Import
Click this button to import a file to eSite so
that it can be reviewed and/or posted.
To Import Unit Default Charges
- From the Import
File drop-down list on the Import Unit Default Charges tab, select
the file you want to import to eSite.
Note
If the file is not listed, upload the file before continuing.
For details, refer to the "To Upload a File to Import" procedure.
- To do a preliminary
import to test the file, leave the Preliminary
check box selected. Or, to import the file for posting, clear the check
box.
- Click Import.
The file is imported to eSite from the web\eSite\output folder.
To Upload a File to Import
- From the Import Unit
Default Charges tab, click Upload.
The Upload File to Import tab appears.
- In the field, type
the name of the file to upload or click Browse
to locate and select it.
- Click Upload
Now. The file is uploaded.
