Make the following menu selections to display the grid:
eSite—Special—Housekeeping—Historical Data—History File
Use this menu item to manage resident histories.
Field Lists
Level
The identification code for the level being tracked. Click the column heading to sort the list.
Date
The effective date of tracking. Click the column heading to sort the list.
Type 1
The first type that is being tracked. For example, a code for leasing agent may display in this column. Click the column heading to sort the list.
Type 2
The second type that is being tracked. For example, a code for unit type may display in this column. Click the column heading to sort the list.
Delete
Use the Delete button to delete a user table. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.
Buttons
Add History
Select this button to add a new history file. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.
From
Type in a date, or use the Calendar button to enter a starting date for a search. Refer to the Display History Files instructions later in this topic.
To
Type in a date, or use the Calendar button to enter an ending date for a search. Results will display in the grid. Refer to the Display History Files instructions later in this topic.
Level
Select a level from the drop-down list for a search. Results will display in the grid. Refer to the Display History Files instructions later in this topic.
Find
Select an option from the drop-down arrow and select the Find button to display
Use these fields to add or edit data for a history file.
Property Id
The display-only identification of the property associated with this user table.
Header
Date
Enter the effective date for the history file.
Level
If you are adding, select a level for the history file from the drop-down list.
If you are editing, the level is a display-only field.
The following levels are possible:
Overall
This level is the default.
Leasing Agent
Select this option for a leasing agent and the system enables the Type 1 field.
Mkt Source
Select this option for a marketing source and the system enables the Type 1 field.
Unit Type
Select this option for a unit type and the system enables the Type
1 field.
Leasing Agent, Unit Type
Select this option for a leasing agent and unit type, and the system enables
the Type 1 and Type 2
fields.
Mkt. Source, Unit Type
Select this option for a marketing source and unit type, and the system
enables the Type 1 and Type
2 fields.
Moveout Reason
Select this option for a move-out reason and the system enables the Type 1 field.
Type 1
Your selection in the Level field above affects whether or not this field displays and the options that display in the drop-down list.
If you are adding, select a type from the drop-down list.
If you are editing, the type is a display-only field.
Type 2
Your selection in the Level field above affects whether or not this field displays and the options that display in the drop-down list.
If you are adding, select a type from the drop-down list.
If you are editing, the type is a display-only field.
Guest Cards
Calls
The number of guest calls.
Qualified Calls
The number of qualified guest calls.
Calls to Traffic
The number of guest calls to traffic.
Total Visits
The number of total guest visits.
Qualified Visits
The number of qualified guest visits.
Qual Calls to Traffic
The number of qualified guest calls to traffic.
Total Returns
The number of total returns.
Qualified Returns
The number of qualified returns.
Applications
Applications Received
The total number of applications received.
Cancelled Applications
The total number of canceled applications.
Applications Denied
The total number of applications that were denied.
Approved Applications
The total number of applications that were approved.
Security Received
The total number of security deposits received.
Leases
Signed
The total number of leases that were signed.
Cancelled
The total number of leases that were canceled.
Denied
The total number of leases that were denied.
Renewed
The total number leases that were renewed.
Move-in & Move-out
Move In
The total number of move ins.
Move Out
The total number of move outs.
Notices
The total number of notices that were issued.
Cancelled Notices
The total number of notices that were canceled.
