Export to RUBS File Layout

When the Export to RUBS option is selected from the eSite—Data Transfer menu, the system creates an export file and saves it to your output directory (C:\amsiweb\esiteweb\output). To avoid overwriting an existing file, the new file is given a unique file name that includes the user ID, file type, date, and time stamp, as follows:

File naming convention: UserID_RUBS_MMDDYYYYhhmms.xml

Sample file name: Supervisor RUBS 0513201111391.xml
