Expense Accounts Tab

Use this tab to add or enter expense tables, descriptions and expense account information. The ExpenseAccounts table is populated with the appropriate values when the import is run. Refer to Expense Account Values for a tabled list of those values.

ClosedFields

Property ID

Select the property to work with from the drop-down list. Property ID's are established on the Properties Tab.

Expense Table

Enter the name of the expense table.

Description

Enter a brief description of the expense table.

Account Range

Property ID

Select the property to work with from the drop-down list. Property ID's are established on the Properties Tab.

Entity

Select the eFinancials entity to work with from the drop-down list. Refer to eFinancials Help (eFinancials—Setup—GL Setup—Entities) for complete details.

From

This import calls for an account range to use. Enter the first account number to include. Or, use the Lookup button to select an account number.

To

This import calls for an account range to use. Enter the last account number to include. Or, use the Lookup button to select an account number.

Account Type

Asset

Check to include asset accounts.

Liability

Check to include liability accounts.

Capital

Check to include capital accounts.

Profit

Check to include profit accounts.

Income

Check to include income accounts.

Expense

Check to include expense accounts.
