Credit/Insurance Agency Tab

This tab appears when you click Add Agency or select an agency code from the Credit/Insurance Agencies Grid. Use this tab to select a credit screening agency or insurance agency when running a credit check or insurance check.

Note

A asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Agency Code *

Select a credit or insurance agency code from the drop-down list. These codes are hard-coded into the system, and after you add a code, the code displays in the grid and cannot be removed. The following possible choices are shown in the Credit and Insurance Agencies Overview topic.

Agency Name *

The name associated with the credit or insurance agency code.

InstaScreen and Resolve Partners Only

Webservice UserID

Enter the Webservice User ID provided to you by Instascreen or Resolve Partners.

Webservice Password

Enter the Webservice password provided to you by Instascreen or Resolve Partners.

Required fields

Check or uncheck check boxes to define required fields for InstaScreen and Resolve Partners credit checks. A required field will have a red asterisk * next to it on the credit check form and must be completed before processing. Options include:

Checked by default: First Name, Last Name, Social Security #, Street #, Street Name, City, State, Zip, Monthly Income, Monthly Rent

Unchecked by default: Mother's Maiden Name, Address, Date of Birth, Driver's License # and State, Phone #, Email, Previous Street #, Previous Street Name, Previous City, Previous State, Previous Zip, Employer, Employment Length, Employer Phone #.
