These fields display on the Credit Check tab when ResidentCheck is selected as the Credit Agency used to process the credit check.

Enter the applicant's mother's maiden name.

DOB *

Ener the applicant's date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format.

SSN *

Enter the applicant's social security number.

No SSN Available

Check for applicants that do not have a valid social security number available.

Driver License ID

Enter the applicant's driver's license number.

Driver License State

Select the state for the applicant's driver's license.

Day Phone

Enter the applicant's daytime phone number.

Evening Phone

Enter the applicant's evening phone number.

Fax

Enter the applicant's fax number.

Email

Enter the applicant's email address.

Spouse

Use the drop-down box to select a spouse for the main applicant and/or each co-applicant.

Current Address Details

Rent *

Type the rent amount for the current address.

Street No. *

Type the street number where the applicant currently lives.

Street Name *

Type the full street name where the applicant currently lives.

Street Type

Use the drop-down to select the street type to associated with the address entered for the applicant.

Apt Number

If applicable, type the apartment number where the applicant currently lives.

City *

Enter the name of the city where the applicant currently lives.

State *

Use the drop-down to select the abbreviation of the state where the applicant currently lives.

Zip *

Type the zip code identifying where the applicant currently lives.

Use Previous Address?

A check box is used to tell the system whether to display additional fields that allow you to enter previous address information.

Type the full street name where the applicant currently lives.

Use the drop-down to select the street type to associated with the address entered for the applicant.

If applicable, type the apartment number where the applicant currently lives.

Employment Details

Employed

A check box used to tell the system whether to enable or disable employment detail fields.

ClosedOptions

Checked - Yes, enable the Employer, Length of Emp, Emp Income, Employer Phone, Occupation, Other Income fields.

Unchecked - No, disable the Employer, Length of Emp, Emp Income, Employer Phone, Occupation, Other Income fields.

Employer

Enter the name of the company or person who currently employs the applicant.

Length of Emp. (in months)

Type the number of months the applicant has worked for the current employer.

Emp. Income *

Type an amount This amount is based on the annual income amount entered in Occupant Demographics and is calculated as Annual Income divided by 12. The system auto-calculates this amount and defaults it into this field. If needed, the system allows this amount to be overridden by entering a different dollar amount, but does not permanently save the change. Closed
Example

For instance, if the applicant's Annual Income (as reported in Occupant Demographics) is $12,000, the amount defaulted in this field is $1,000. You can override this amount by entering a different value, such as $1,200 and submit the credit application but the next time a credit application is run for the same applicant this field defaults to the Annual Income/12 as originally stated. It does not remember your previous change.

Employer Phone

Enter the telephone number of the company or person who employs the applicant.

Occupation

Enter the applicant's occupation.

Other Income (monthly)

Enter any additional monthly income that should be considered for the credit check.

Authorization

Package

Accept the default or select another package of credit check services from the drop-down list.

Enter your ResidentCheck login.

Enter your ResidentCheck password.
