Cancel Notice to Vacate Tab - Residential or Commercial

This tab appears when you click Cancel Notice to Vacate from the Notice/Move-Out Task Selection Tab or, for commercial properties, when you select a tenant from the Notice to Vacate Grid.

Use this tab to cancel a notice to vacate for a resident or tenant who has previously given notice. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Date Cancelled *

This date defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or enter a different date (mm/dd/yyyy). Or, click the Calendar icon to select a date.
