Use this tab to establish a list of cancellation and denial codes for your property.
Fields
Property Id
The display-only property identification; for instance, BAY001.
Reason
Enter the applicable move-out code; for instance, BC. If editing, this field becomes display-only.
Description
Enter a brief description of the move-out code; for instance, Bad Credit.
Type
Determine the type of code you are entering by selecting Cancellation or Denial from the drop-down list.
