Bulk Lease Approval

Use Lease Approval to approve multiple leases at one time. The grid displays a list of residents who are status Applicant, who have not yet had their lease approved.

Note

A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field or selection.

Property

The display-only property name.

Date Approved *

The lease approval date, which defaults to the current date.

Leases selected

Displays the number of leases selected in the grid.

Grid Fields

Bldg

The building identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list by building.

Bedroom

The bedroom identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list by bedroom.

First Name

The resident identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list by first name.

Last Name

The resident identification that appears on lists and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list by last name.

Select

Header—Put a check mark in the Select column header to select all residents at once. A checkmark in the check box next to a lease indicates the resident is selected.

Detail—Click in the check box next to a resident to select one resident at a time.

Button

Use the Find Button to locate a lease by bedroom.

Date Approved defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or enter another date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or, use the Calendar Button to select a date.
Use the grid to locate the leases to work with, and then select the check boxes to the right of the last name. Or, mark the Select check box in the header to select all leases.
When done selecting leases to be approved, select the Do Approvals button. A pop-up message displays.
Select OK to approve the selected leases. The system approves the leases for the selected residents and prints the Bulk Lease Approval Report.

Property Name

The name of the property for the approved leases.

Approval Date

The lease approval date.

Bldg

The building identification that appears on lists and in reports.

Bedroom

The apartment identification that appears on lists and in reports.

First Name

The resident identification that appears on lists and in reports.

Last Name

The resident identification that appears on lists and in reports.

Total Leases Approved

The total number of leases approved.
