Application/Move-In Task Tab

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

Leasing—Application/Move-In

Use Application/Move-In to enter and manage application and move-in information for guests who have applied to lease a unit within your property. This tab provides the following options:

Enter a New Application or Lease: Select this option to enter a new application and create a new lease for a guest.
Skip Application and Enter a New Move-In: Select this option to complete a move-in without first creating an application.
View Pending Application and Leases: Select this option to view, approve, cancel, or sign a pending application or lease; complete a move-in; or process a credit check or renter's insurance application.
