Using the Guest Card Reservation Board

Another unique feature eSite offers to corporate housing users is the Reservation Board. This function is added to the standard Guest Cards option and is a tool that quickly matches an individual inquiring about a lease with a unit that meets their specific requirements. It can also be used to input search criteria to perform manual searches and to jump directly to the application and move-in tabs necessary to enter a lease application.

Note

If you plan to search available units by report code, then those report codes must already have been set up in the Standard Property. For setup instruction, refer to the Report Codes Tab for more information.
