            - Menu options.
The property type determines which options are available on the eSite
menu. Although the menu is mostly the same for all property types, here
are some examples of how the property type affects the menu options:

            - If the Residential
property type is selected, only options related to managing a residential
property appear on the Property Policies menu.

            - If the Manufactured
Housing property type is selected, the Resale
Activities option appears on the Leasing menu. However, if the
 Standard Residential property
 type, the Transfer Activities
option appears on the Leasing menu.

            - Available fields.

The property type can affect which fields are present on certain forms
and tabs throughout the eSite. For example, if the property type Standard Commercial is selected, the
field Multiple Copy is available on the Memo Form tab.
