Group Tab

This tab appears when you click Next on the Group Lease Invoice Tenants Tab.

Use this tab to select which group lease codes to use for processing the invoices for commercial properties (property type 6-Standard Commercial). The system generates a printed group lease invoice for those tenants linked to this code.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Group Code

The display only group lease code. For instance, NATENG.

Description

A descriptive name or brief description of the group lease code. For instance, National Engineers of America.

Select

Mark the tenants to print invoices for. Check them one by one or click the column header to select them all at once.
