Group Concession Limits Overview
Use group concession limits to restrict the amount of
concessions that the group can bill for a resident each month and for
the duration of the lease. When concessions are billed, the system verifies
the amount doesn't exceed the limit.
Group concession limits are:
- established for a group
of users to limit a concession amount per resident at a property.
- based on a dollar amount
or percentage of the base market rent.
- verified based on the
amount/percentage allowed monthly and/or for the lease term.
- are applied only when
a concession is added or edited.
Note
Setting up Group Concession Limits is optional. Before
group concession limits can be set up, groups must be available. For information
about setting up groups, refer to the System Help.

Options
The option Use Concessions Limits
policy must be selected for the system
to verify the maximum amount of concessions a user can enter based on
the group concession limits.
Note
The Group Concession Limits item is available on the
Setup—Property—Additional menu only when this policy is applied for the
selected property.
