        Property Policy List
        Make the following menu selections to display this page:
        Reports—Setup 
 Reports—Property 
 Policy List
        Use this tab to generate the Property Policy Listing 
 report for selected Property Policy Groups. The report lists the policies 
 and settings associated with each group that you select for inclusion 
 in the report. 
        
Selection Criteria
        
        
            Code
            The Property Policy Group (code) for a property.
            Description
            The name or description of the Property Policy 
 Group.
            Selected
            Check box used to select a Property Policy Group 
 to include on the report.
            Report Format Options
            Report formats available for the report: Acrobat 
 Reader (PDF), Crystal Viewer, or Excel (spreadsheet).
            Display Button
            Click to display the report after selecting the 
 properties to be included.
         
        
Report Details
        
        
            For each Property Policy Group, the report shows a series 
 of headings, the associated property policies listed under each heading, 
 and the setting for each property policy. The headings appear on the report 
 in the order that they display on the Property 
 Policy Groups - Settings page. For example, the first three headings 
 on the report are View, Batch, 
 and Calculation, followed by 
 Leasing Activity, Application 
 & Lease, and so forth. In addition, only applicable property 
 policies are listed under each heading. Commercial property policies are 
 not applicable to Residential properties, and vice versa.  
         
        
To Print a Property Policy List
        
        
            
                - From the eSite menu, 
 select Reports—Setup Reports—Property 
 Policy List. 
 
                - In the Selected 
 column, select the check box for each Group (code) you want to include 
 in the report. 
 
                - Select one of the 
 following Report Printing Options: 
 
 
                
                    - Acrobat 
 Reader: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, 
 such as Acrobat.
 
                
                
                    - Crystal 
 Viewer: Prints the report in Crystal 
 format.
 
                    - Excel: 
 Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet. 
 
                
                - Click Display. If you selected Excel, you 
 are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report 
 opens in your preferred format.
