Add Price Range button

Select this button to add a new price range code to eSite. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.

Price Range Code*

The user-defined code; 5 characters maximum. Once saved, it cannot be edited. Examples:

100

2x2L

Description*

The description of the price range code. Examples:

Under $1000

Large Two Bedroom

Low End / High End *

The amount for the lower end and higher end of the price range. Numeric characters only. Click in a field and  then enter a number. Examples:

   0    999

850   1000

NOTE that arrows appear in a field after you click in it. Arrows can be used to increase/decrease the number in the field.

Delete

Select the Delete button to delete a Price Range Code. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.

Reset button

Select the Reset button to discard changes to the grid.

Save button

Select the Save button to save changes to the grid. Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Guest Card—Price Ranges.
2. From the Price Ranges Grid, click Add Price Range.
3. Enter price range information into the fields that appear, tabbing between fields.
4. Click Save.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Guest Card—Price Ranges.. The Price Ranges grid appears.
2. Click in a field and it becomes editable.
3. Make the desired changes. Use the Fields list for help.
4. Click Save.

Note

You cannot edit the Price Range Code field.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Guest Card—Price Ranges..
2. Click the Delete button for the Price Range Code you want to delete. The Price Range Code is deleted from the grid immediately.
3. Click Save. The Price Range Code is permanently deleted from the grid.
