Management Fee List
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Reports—Setup Reports—Management Fee List
The Management Fee List Report shows a listing of Management Fees set up in the system. Only Management Fees that have been set up for
the selected property are eligible for display. Management Fees are established
in Management Fees setup.
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Report Format
Click to select a report format for the report: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, or Excel.
Report Details
Transfer to A/P
For properties set up to Transfer to A/P on the global policies AME/Interface Tab, the report includes the following for all Management Fees set up for a property:
Management Fee description
Minimum Management Fee amount
Prior? Adjustments Included - Yes/No
Vender ID
Property ID
Expense Code
Codes - Includes this information for each code set up in the system:
Code, Description, Type (Payments or Billings), Management Fee Percent and Minimum Management Fee for this code
Transfer to G/L or Neither
For properties set up to Transfer to G/L or Neither on the global policies AME/Interface Tab, the report includes the following for all Management Fees set up for a property:
Management Fee description
Minimum Management Fee amount
Prior? Adjustments Included - Yes/No
Entity ID
DebitAccount
Debit Profit Center
Credit Account
Credit Profit Center
Codes - Includes this information for each code set up in the system:
Code, Description, Type (Payments or Billings), Management Fee Percent and Minimum Management Fee for this code
To Display the Management Fee List
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Management Fee List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
