Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
By Building
Check the box to run the report by building. When outputting to Acrobat Reader or Crystal Viewer, this option adds a building total and a page break between buildings. When outputting to Excel (with formulas), this option adds a building total.
Include All Units
Check the box to remove the suppression of units that do not have Lost Rent or Concession. Wait List, Construction, and Inactive units still do not appear on the report.
Historical
Mark the check box to print a historical version
of the report. The Historical Lost Rent report is not the same as the
saved report, which is just a copy of the report from when it was run.
A historical report is a version of the report using the current data
but calculating for a prior period that you select. Calculations are the same as on the Historical Reconciliation report.
So when you select this check box, then enter the beginning date of the prior period in the Period box. For example, enter 01/2016.
