for a resident. The data entered into this tab is used to produce affordable
housing reports. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference
only and cannot be edited.
Access to affordable housing functionality is controlled
by the license file and policies. If the license file indicates that this
feature is available, then a new property
policy option Use Affordable Housing features becomes available on the Additional Options category for Residential Policy codes. These features are not supported
on commercial properties.
Initial Certification Date
The date when the resident was certified for affordable
housing. Click on the calendar button or enter a date in MM/DD/YYY format.
Current Certification Date
The current certification date, which must be
after the Initial Certification Date and is the same as the HUD Last Recertification
Date. Click on the calendar button or enter a date in MM/DD/YYY format.
Net Allowable Rent
The net amount of rent that is allowable. Click
on the arrow to use the calculator.
Full Time Students
The number of full time students living in the
unit.
Next Certification Date
The next certification date for the affordable
housing. Click on the calendar button or enter a date in MM/DD/YYY format.
Initial Certification Income
The initial certification income. Click on the
arrow to use the calculator.
Current Certification Income
The current certification income. Click on the
arrow to use the calculator.
Current LIHTC Rent Limit
The current Low Income Housing/Tax Credit
rent limit.
EST or PHA
The utility allowance type. Options are EST (estimated)
or PHA (provided by Public Housing Authority).
Initial Income Limit
The initial income limit. Click on the arrow to
use the calculator.
Current Income Limit
The current income limit. Click on the arrow to
use the calculator.
Current Utility Allowance
The current utility allowance.
