Cancel/Denial Codes Grid
Make the following menu selections to display the periods
grid:
Setup—Property—Cancel/Denial Codes
Use this tab to establish reasons why an application
or lease should be canceled or denied prior to an actual move-in.
Fields
Property
Select a property from the drop-down list to associate
with the cancel/denial code. Properties are established on the Properties
Tab.
Reason
The cancel/denial code (for example, BC). Click
the amenity code to view or
edit the Cancel/Denial code.
Description
A brief description of the cancel/denial code
(for example, Bad Credit).
Type
The code type (cancellation or denial).
Delete
Use the Delete icon
to delete
an cancel/denial code.
Add Code
Click to
add a new cancel/denial code.
Default for credit check denial
This check box works with the Allow auto-approve/auto-deny
applications based on credit check results policy. Select a denial code
to modify, check this field, and then click Save. Only one Cancel/Denial
code can have this option checked.
