Daily LRO Pricing

The Daily LRO Pricing report shows a list of units available to lease as of the report run date based on the property and lease terms selected. For each unit the report lists lease and rent move-in date range options as well as the Effective Rent, Amenity Price, Base Rent, Concession and Recommended Rent amounts for various lease term/expected move-in date ranges. The report is sorted by Property ID, Unit Type, Unit ID, and Lease Term.

Users must have the user security permission granted in the System module to run this report (System—Security—Users—eSite—Reports—Leasing Reports—Daily LRO Pricing).

Users must have the user security permission granted in the System module to override the Quoted Rent, which matches the Effective Rent from the Daily LRO Pricing Report when the property policy Enable LRO Pricing Recommendations is in effect (System—Security—Users—eSite—Application & Move-In—Override LRO Recommended quoted rent).

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.

Summary

Select the button to run a summary report.

Detail

Select the button to run a detail report.

The report is the same for Summary or Detail, however, the Summary report shows the lowest price for each unit within the date range. The Detail report shows all lease terms and prices.

Type

Unit type + sub-type (if applicable). For instance, 1/1Den

Apt

Building + unit number of an available unit. For instance, 0001-101.

Status

The status of the unit.

Available

The date when the unit is available.

Move-out

The move-out date of the unit.

Amenities

A description of the amenities for the unit.

Amen Amt

The total amount of the amenities for the unit (sum of the amenities linked to the unit as entered in Units Setup during unit setup).

Lease Term

Lease term of the unit in months.

Base Rent

Base rent of the unit, which does not include amenities (Base Rent is imported from the LRO Web service).

Total Con

Total value of concessions offered on the unit (concession amount is imported from the LRO Web service).

Eff Rent

Effective rent for the unit (Base Rent – Concessions imported from the LRO Web service).

From the eSite menu, select Reports—Leasing Reports—Daily LRO Pricing.
Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
Select an option to run a Summary or Detail report.
Select one of the following Report Printing Options:

Acrobat Reader: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, such as Acrobat.

Crystal Viewer: Prints the report in Crystal format.
Excel: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.

Click Display. If you selected Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
