Corporate Clients List
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Reports—Setup
Reports—Corporate
Client List
The Corporate Clients List is
a listing of corporate clients previously set up for the selected property
or properties; and can include a summary section at the end of the report.
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Print Summary
If you want to include a summary section at the
end of the report, leave this check box selected. Otherwise, clear the
check box.
Report Details
Client
The corporate client name or ID. Corporate Clients
are established on the Corporate Clients
Tab. For instance, ABC Corp.
Description
The full corporate client name or ID; pulled from
the Corporate Clients Tab. For
instance, ABC Corporation, LTD.
Address
The full and completed mailing address for the
corporate client; pulled from the Corporate
Clients Tab.
Belongs To
The resident linked to this corporate client;
pulled from the Corporate Clients
Tab.
Total
Count of corporate clients listed.
To Display the Corporate Clients List
- From the eSite menu, select
Reports—Setup
Reports—Corporate
Client List.
- If you do not want
to include a summary section at the end of the report, clear the Print Summary check box. Otherwise,
leave the check box selected.
- Select a Report Format option: Adobe Acrobat
(default), Crystal Viewer, or Excel.
- Click
Display. If you selected to print the report in Excel,
then you are prompted to open or save the Excel file. Otherwise, the report
opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
