Application Move In Grid

This tab appears when you select View Pending Applications and Leases from the Application/Move-In Task Selection Tab. Use this grid to view a list of current applications and leases, including the current status. From this grid, you can complete the following tasks for the application or lease:

Bldg

The building associated with the application or lease.

Unit

The unit associated with the application or lease.

Name

The name of the applicant.

Status

The current status of the application or lease (Applicant, Approved, or Leased).

Approve

The Approve icon appears for any applicant or lease that has not yet been approved. Click the icon to approve the applicant or lease on the Application Approval Tab.

Cancel

Click the Cancel icon to cancel or deny the application or lease on the Application Cancellation Denial Form.

Sign

The Sign column and icon appear for all residential property types, except for property type 3-Student Housing. Click the Sign icon to enter information about the lease on the Sign a Lease Tab.

Student Signed

The Student Signed column and icon appear only if the property type for the current property is 3-Student Housing. Click the icon to enter the date that the student signed the lease on the Student Signed tab.

Guarantor Signed

The Guarantor Signed column and icon appear only if the property type for the current property is 3-Student Housing. Click the icon to enter information about the guarantor signature on the Guarantor Signed tab.

Move-In

Click the Move-In icon to open the Occupants Tab in order to complete the move-in for the application or lease.

Credit Check

Click the Credit Check icon to open the Credit Check Occupants List in order to run a credit screening for the application or lease.

Insurance

Click the Insurance icon to open the Insurance Occupants List in order to obtain renter's insurance for the application or lease.
