Letter Merge: Step 2 Tab
This tab appears when you click Next
on Letter Merge Tab 1. Use
this tab to select the resident or residents to print the letter for.
Fields
Property
The property identification that appears on lists
and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.
Bldg.
The building identification that appears on lists
and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.
Apt.
The unit identification that appears on lists
and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.
Name
The resident identification that appears on lists
and in reports. Click the column title to sort the list.
Status
The lease status identification that appears on
lists and in reports. For example, Current, Leased, Previous, Transfer
In or Transfer Out. Click this column title to sort the list.
Balance
The balance due the property that appears on lists
and in reports. Click this column title to sort the list.
Select
Check the box next to the residents to print a
letter for, or click the column title to check all residents listed at
once.
