Guest Card Memos Tab (edit)

Use the fields on this tab to add or edit guest card memo details. This tab appears in these situations.

When you want to add a new memo to a guest card

Select Leasing—Guest Card—Memo icon (for a guest card)—Add Memo—
and then select a memo form from the Guest Card Memo Form Selection tab.

When you want to edit an existing memo

Select Leasing—Guest Card—Memo icon (for a guest card)—
and then select the link for an existing memo from the Guest Card Memos tab.
