XML File Load Error
When you log in, a clock starts running. If, after 20
minutes, you have not selected an option from the menu, the following
error displays:
Error loading XML file loadTOCBranch.aspx...
Use one of the following two methods for clearing:
Method 1
- Right-click on the
menu. A pop-up menu displays.
- Click Refresh.
The Log In page displays.
- Log in.
Method 2
- Click Logout
on the title bar. The Log In page displays.
- Log in.
