XML File Load Error

When you log in, a clock starts running. If, after 20 minutes, you have not selected an option from the menu, the following error displays:

Error loading XML file loadTOCBranch.aspx...

Use one of the following two methods for clearing:

ClosedMethod 1

  1. Right-click on the menu. A pop-up menu displays.
  2. Click Refresh. The Log In page displays.
  3. Log in.

ClosedMethod 2

  1. Click Logout on the title bar. The Log In page displays.
  2. Log in.
