User ID List at Log In Too Long
After logging in to the system several times and making
several mistakes, you can have a long list of user IDs that get caught
up in the auto complete feature of your browser. Use the following instructions
to clear the list of IDs.
To Clear User IDs
- On the main menu,
click Tools. The Tools menu displays.
- Click Internet Options…
The Internet Options screen displays.
- Click the Content tab. The tab displays.
- From the Personal information
box, click AutoComplete….
The AutoComplete Settings screen displays.
- From the Clear AutoComplete History box,
click Clear Forms. A confirmation message displays.
- Click OK. The User IDs are cleared.
- Click Cancel
to close the remaining open screens.
