YTD Tenant Sales Report

The YTD Tenant Sales Report lists all commercial tenants (property type 6-Standard Commercial) who reported sales amounts for percentage rent calculations and includes such detail as the tenant account number, name, sales type with description and reporting frequency.

Also shown are current reported sales amounts, last year reported sales amounts, percentage increase or decrease, and sales per square foot in both the current period and year to date formats.

Note

An asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field or selection.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Ranking Groups

If ranking groups are used, the report calls for which ranking groups to include. Make your selections from the grid.

Ranking

The ranking group code.

Ranking Group

The description of the ranking group.

Ranking Period

The period in which the group was last ranked.

Selected

Click the box to select a single ranking group. Or, click the header to select all ranking groups at once.

Note

This topic provides report details for commercial properties only; that is, properties with the property type set to 6-Standard Commercial.

Suite

The building + suite number. For instance, 0001-101.

Name

The tenant's name or business name. For instance, Susan Smith or Smith Shoes.

Category

The reported sales category.

Rpt Freq

The reporting frequency.

Sq. Ftg

The amount of leaseable square footage defined during suite setup.

MM-MM, YYYY

A month and year are listed for previous and current year. For instance, Jan. - Feb. 2004 and Jan. - Feb. 2005. The previous year is the sum of the tenant sales for each month in the prior year, up to the month that is equal to the month the report is being run as of. The current year is the sum of the tenant sales for each of the months in the current year, up to the month that is equal to the month that the report is being run as of.

System-calculated amount.
Calculation: Tenant current YTD sales / the prior year's YTD sales figure X 100

Sales/Sq Ft - Period

System-calculated amount.
Calculation: MTD Sales / Square Footage

Sales/Sq Ft - YTD

System calculated amount.
Calculation: YTD sales / the number of months included in the report range / square footage

From the eSite menu, select Reports—Retail Reports—YTD Tenant Sales.
Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
