To Export the Report File

1. Define the report format to use:

• Crystal Reports (.rpt file)

• Acrobat Reader (.pdf file)

• Microsoft Word (.doc file)

• Microsoft Excel 97-2000 (.xls file)

• Microsoft Excel 97-2000 (data only—.xls file)

• Rich text format (.txt file)

2. Select Export. A dialog box displays.
3. Follow the instructions that appear in the File Download box.
