To Calculate Management Fees
  1. From the eSite menu, select Processing—Calculate Management Fees.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to run the process and click Save.
  3. Complete the fields on the Calculate Management Fees Tab.
  4. Click Process. When Preliminary is unchecked, the system creates the BATCH.APS file. If Email Management Fees is checked, the file is e-mailed to the specified email address and the Calculate Management Fees Report displays. Lastly, the file is stored in the output folder of your eSite directory and is available for email later using Email AP/GL Files.
