Search Item List Tab
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Reports—Resident
Reports—Search
Item List
The Search Item List shows a listing of established search items
and their values sorted by apartment number or search item.
Selection Criteria
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
Search Topic *
Select the search item to include from the drop-down
list. Search Items are established on the Search
Items Tab.
Sort By
Select how to sort the report data from the drop-down
list. Options include: Unit or Search Item.
- Unit—sorts
the report data by unit number.
- Search Item—sorts the
report data by search item.
Report Details
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Name
The primary occupant name. For instance, Sally
Smith.
Topic Description
A brief description of the search item. For instance,
Gate Card #123.
Totals
Column totals are listed.
To Display the Search Item List
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Resident Reports—Search Item
List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
