Ranking Report Details

This report is printed by the Ranking program if the Print Ranking Report check box is selected on the Rankings tab. The Ranking Report prints information related to the tenant sales ranking in volume and per square footage in comparison to other tenants in the same ranking group (or property, if ranking group is not selected)/sales group/sales category.

ClosedFields

Type

Determines if the ranking group is defined by R - Ranking Group or P - Property.

Group

Code used to identify the ranking group.

Name

The name of the ranking group.

Signatures

Determines if the ranking group letters will be pulled from the R - Ranking or P - Property file.

Analysis Name

Name of the group used for analysis purposes; shown at the bottom of all ranking reports.
