Preliminary AME Overview

Preliminary AME is used to review month end data prior to running the actual month end close process; AME. By default, this function prints a list of exception reports used to verify the accuracy of your data. If preferred, additional processes can be attached for reviewing specific month end information. Although optional, it is recommended that this process be run prior to closing the current month's activity to ensure the most accurate figures are posted at month end.
