A Phone Action Code is a user-defined code for use on a Guest Card. It is a code that you create to label the type of phone call received from a prospective resident.
For example, a Phone Action Code could be General Inquiry or Set up an Appointment.
Phone Action Codes that you set up appear in the Action drop-down list on Guest Cards; i.e., the user who completes the Guest Card selects a Phone Action Code on the Guest Card to indicate:
The Phone Action Codes you define should apply directly to your property and the type of traffic you expect to encounter.
