Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Source List
The Marketing Source List provides
a list of Marketing Sources for
the selected property or properties. This report is not available for
Commercial properties.
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Only Active Sources
Accept the marked default to only include marketing
sources with an Active status. Or, click once inside the All
Sources radio button to include all marketing sources regardless
of their status, both Active and Inactive.
All Sources
Accept the unmarked default to only include marketing
sources with an Active status. Or, click once inside this radio button
to include all marketing sources regardless of their status, both Active
and Inactive.
Report Details
Code
The identifying marketing source code. Marketing
sources are established on the Marketing Sources Tab. For instance, APT.
Description
A brief description of the marketing source code.
For instance, Apartment Guide.
Source Type
Identifies the source type as Standard
or Internet;
pulled from the Marketing Sources Tab.
- Standard—tracks
marketing sources for phone, traffic or internet visits.
- Internet—tracks
marketing sources for internet visits only.
Monthly Cost
The amount billed to the property from the marketing
source per month. For instance, the amount billed to the property from
the Apartment Guide for running a monthly ad in their magazine.
Budget
The amount budgeted for the property to use the
marketing source per month; pulled from
the Marketing Sources Tab.
Frequency
How often the marketing source bills the property; pulled from the Marketing Sources
Tab.
Active
Status flag used to show whether the marketing
source status is Active or Inactive
displayed as Y for active and
N for inactive.
To Display the Leasing Agent List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Marketing
Source List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
