Login Date
The Login Date appears in the eSite title bar. The default
date and the user’s ability to change the date depend on the user's Change
Login Date permission setting.
Note
The Change Login Date permission is set from the System
menu at Security—Users.
For more information about permissions, refer to the System Help.
- For
users with the permission, the default Login Date is the current date
and the user can change the date. To do so, type a new date (MM/DD/YYYY)
or click the Calendar button to select a date from a calendar. When you change the date
here, the date is changed throughout the system.
- For
users without the permission, the default date is the Last Day Begin date
of the currently selected property. The user cannot change the Login Date.
However, when the user changes the current property in eSite, the Login
Date is automatically changed to the new property’s Last Day Begin date.
If the user changes to a non-live property, the Login Date is automatically
changed to the current date of the user's workstation.
For all users, after running Begin of Day or Lease Charges,
the Login Date is automatically changed to the new Last Day Begin date.
