This report lists leasing activity detail for a specified date range.
NOTE that An asterisk (*) indicates a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
From Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the first day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Thru Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the last day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Include
Traffic Information
Accept the checked default to include traffic information or uncheck to exclude it.
Leasing Information
Accept the checked default to include leasing information or uncheck to exclude it.
Concessional Information
Accept the checked default to include information about concessions or uncheck to exclude it.
Marketing Information
Accept the checked default to include marketing information or uncheck to exclude it.

Net Closed
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count Net Closed affects this field.
This number is calculated as Total Closed or Total Closed - Cancellations - Denials = Total Closed depending on the policy setting.
Total Initial Phone Calls
Total count of guest cards where the initial contact was Phone, and the phone call was received within the specified date range.
Total Initial Internet Visits
Total count of guest cards where the initial contact was Internet, and the contact was received within the specified date range.
Initial Calls to Traffic
Count of guest cards where the initial contact was Phone, and first visit occurred within the specified date range.
Initial Internet to Traffic
Count of guest cards where the initial contact was Internet, and the first visit occurred within the specified date range.
Closing Ratio
This number is calculated as Net Closed/Net Traffic X 100.
Conversion Ratios–Phone Calls
This number is calculated as Initial Calls to Traffic/Total Initial Phone Calls X 100.
Conversion Ratios–Internet
This number is calculated as Initial Internet to Traffic/Total Initial Internet Visits X 100.
Leasing Consultant
The leasing agent ID and name as it appears in reports and lists.
Total Traffic
The property policy, Leasing activity reports counts Traffic as affects this field.
Count of qualified visits and returns.
Returns

Closing Ratios–Leases
This number is calculated as Net Closed/Net Traffic = Leasing Agent's Closing Ratio for the reporting week.
Closing Ratio- Priority
This number is calculated as Total Priority Deposits/Net Traffic X 100.
Initial Phone Calls
Count of guest cards where the initial contact was Phone, and the phone call was received within the specified date range.
Initial Internet Visits
Count of guest cards where the initial contact was Internet, and the visit occurred within the specified date range.
Total
Sum of each column are listed.

Unit Type
The unit type as it appears in reports and lists.
Starting Available
Count of On-Notice Not Leased and Vacant Available units as of the day prior to the report From Date.
The system recalculates the occupancy status to determine the count using current data. Changes made to lease information may cause this number to change.
Total Traffic
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count Traffic as affects this field.
Total count of all traffic; qualified traffic, total visits and qualified visits.
This number ties to the Property Status Report, Activity section, Traffic field.
Returns
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count Traffic as affects this field.

Reason
The move-out code and description as they appear in reports and lists. Move-Out Reasons are established on the Move-Out Reasons Tab.
NOTE that when the count includes move-outs with unknown moving reasons, this section includes a line for "Unknown Reason" move-outs, which are included in the section totals.
Current
Count of move-outs that occurred within the specified date range.
% of Total
This number is calculated as Current Move-Outs/Total Move-Outs (Current column total) X 100.
YTD
Count of move-outs that occurred within the year (from beginning of year to report Thru date).
% of Total
This number is calculated as YTD Move-Outs/Total YTD Move-Outs (YTD column total).
Type
The unit type as it appears in reports and lists. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Count
Count of units of this type, excluding Wait List units.
Sq Ft
The average square footage listed for each unit type.
Potential Rent—Low
Lowest potential rent found for this unit type, excluding zero amounts.
This number is calculated as Total Recurring Charges (for income code set to Potential = Y only) for Current and On-Notice Residents as of the End of the Reporting Week + Market Rent for Vacant Units.
This number ties to the Rent Summary Report, Gross Potential Rent column, Low amount.
Potential Rent—High
Highest potential rent found for this unit type, excluding zero amounts.

Market Rent—Low
Lowest market rent found for this unit type, excluding zero amounts.
This calculation includes all units excluding Wait List units divided by the Unit Type count.
This number ties to the Marketing Status Report, Unit Information section, Low amount.
Market Rent—High
Highest market rent found for this unit type, excluding zero amounts.

The unit type as it appears in reports and lists. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
# Units
Count of units of this type.
# Units Collected
Count of units in property of this type that have had a payment made to a Potential income code (MM/YYYY must match the current period.)
Occupancy Days
The sum of the number of days each unit of this type was occupied during the current period.
Average Collected
This number is calculated as Total Collected/Occupancy Days X # of Days in Current Period.
Total Collected
The total amount of payments collected within the specified month.
Total
The sum of each column is listed.
Note
This section counts all leases except Previous, Canceled, Applicant and Approved statuses, for all units and includes Wait List and Construction Units.
Unit Type
The unit type as it appears in report and lists. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
2-5 Months
Count of leases with a lease term between 2 and 5 months that are not marked as MTM leases.
6 Months
Count of leases with a lease term of 6 months that are not marked as MTM leases.
7-11 Months
Count of leases with a lease term between 7 and 11 months that are not marked as MTM leases.
12 Months
Count of leases with a lease term of 12 months that are not marked as MTM leases.
MTM
Count of all leases marked as MTM leases.
Other
All leases not included in the above counts.
Total

Unit Type
The unit type as it appears in reports and lists. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Count
Count of units of this type; excluding Wait List and Construction Units.
Vacant Available
Count of units of this type with an occupancy status of Vacant Available, which are not Down, Wait List or Construction units.
Notice Available
