You can expect one record for each item of data, including one for the following:
Each balance due to a specific income code
Each recurring charge in the lease
The marketing source (for Move-Ins only)
Each date reported under Lease Dates
Each field defined in the HOME memo form
Each primary lease name (two names reported when a resale occurs)
History Analysis and Reporting
Leasing History Addenda records were designed as permanent records to enable historical analysis and reporting of this data. In addition, the system also prevents leasing history records associated with the LeasingHistoryAddenda table from being deleted to further safeguard data integrity.
