Reports—Lease
Rent
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Sort Order
Select a sort order for the report data: Unit or
Unit Type.
Unit
Sort by Unit is the default. Accept the default
to sort the report data by unit number.
Unit Type
Click this button to sort the report data by unit
type.
Note
The following report details assume all defaults are
selected.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B
Den.
Sq Ft
Count of unit square footage.
Term
The current lease term listed as 3, 6, 12, MTM
and so on.
Lease Start
The first day of the current lease. This is equivalent
to the Lease Begins date.
Market Rent
Market Rent is the unit market or street value,
which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident
leasing the unit.
M-Rent/Sq Ft
This number is calculated as Market Rent/Sq Ft
(of unit).
ST
The unit occupancy status. For instance, Current.
For a complete list of unit occupancy statuses, refer to Occupancy
Status.
Lease Rent
The sum of active lease charges where the income
code type Rent.
Lease/Sq Ft
This number is calculated as Lease Rent/Sq Ft
(of unit).
Recurring Concession
The sum of active lease charges where the income
code is Concession.
One Time Concession
The sum of transaction detail amount where the
transaction type is one-time charge and the income code is Concession.
Monthly Lease Concession
This number is calculated as Recurring Concession
+ One-Time Concession/Lease Term in Months.
Monthly Concession/Sq Ft
This number is calculated as Monthly Concession/Sq
Ft (of unit).
