Internet Action Codes Overview

A Internet Action Code is a user-defined code created for use on a Guest Card. It is a code that you create to label an actual or potential action (related to an Internet inquiry) that can be associated with a prospective resident.

For example, an Internet Action Code could be Short Term Lease or Large Pets Allowed.

Internet Action Codes that you set up appear in the Internet Action drop-down list on Guest Cards; i.e., the user who completes the Guest Card selects an Action Code on the Guest Card to indicate:

The Internet Action Codes that you define should apply directly to your property and the type of traffic you expect to encounter.

Setting up Internet Action Codes is optional.
