Increase Worksheets Overview

Use Increase Activities to create a worksheet of potential rent increase records from a set of assumptions. On completing the assumptions, eSite scans the database searching for leases that meet the specified criteria. A detail entry is created for each matching lease and may be modified or deleted from the worksheet as needed.

After editing the worksheets, it is possible to print out renewal letters. The system creates Lease Renewal records for each resident contained in the worksheet and then it removes the worksheet and its contents from the setup when completed.

An increase worksheet is used to create a worksheet of potential rent increase records from a set of assumptions. More than one worksheet may be maintained by the system using a 5AN worksheet number. On completing the assumptions, eSite scans through the database searching for leases that meet the assumption criteria. A detail entry is created for each matching lease.

Editing Assumptions

After saving a worksheet, records are added for all leases matching the criteria. Changing the existing worksheet by modifying the assumption parameters will cause the system to remove the existing records prior to adding the residents to the worksheet using the new assumptions.
