Guest Action List
Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Action List
The Guest Action List shows a listing of guest action
codes set up for the currently selected property or properties.
Report Details
Code
The identifying guest action code. Guest Actions
are established on the Phone Actions Tab, Internet
Actions Tab and Visited Actions Tab.
For instance, WAIT.
Description
A brief description of the guest action code;
pulled from the Phone Actions Tab, Internet
Actions Tab and Visited Actions Tab.
For instance, Requests to be added to
the waiting list for the next available unit.
Lease
Indicator used to show whether the guest plans
to lease a unit. If Yes, this column displays Y. If No, this column displays
N.
To Display the Guest Action List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Guest
Action List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access the Community Codes List menu item.
