Make the following menu selections to display the grid:
Setup—Property—Move-Out Codes
Use this tab to manage move-out codes.
Fields
Property
Select a property from the drop-down list. The move-out codes for that property display in the grid.
Code
The identification code for the move-out code.
Description
The description of the move-out code.
Delete
Click the Delete icon to delete a move-out code.
Add
Select this button to add a new move-out code.
Find
Complete the field and select this button to find a move-out code.
