Lease Types Grid

Make the following menu selections to display the periods grid:

Setup—Property—Lease Types

Use this tab to define various lease types, which are used to manage and track different kinds of leases.

ClosedFields

Type

The lease type (for example, T). Click to view or edit the lease type on the Lease Type Tab.

Description

A brief description of the lease type (for example, Term).

Delete

Click the Delete icon Delete icon to delete a lease type.

Add Lease Type

Click to add a new lease type.
