Check Number Inquiry
Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eSite—Inquiry—Check Number
Inquiry
Use Check Number Inquiry to
search within the selected properties by a resident's check or money order
number to view transaction or resident details.
Required User Security Permissions
To search by a check number and view details from the
search results, the following security permissions must be selected for
the user in the System module.

Select Check No
Type the Check Number
Property
The property associated with the resident's check.
Bldg
The building associated with the resident's check.
Unit
The unit associated with the resident's check.
Resident Name
The resident's name. Click to view resident details
on the Resident Transaction
Inquiry Tab.
Transaction date
The date the check was received.
Check #
The check number. Click to view an image of the
check.
Transaction amount
The amount of the check. Click to view transaction
details on the View
Edit Transactions (Resident Details) Tab.
To Search by a Check Number
- From the eSite menu,
select Inquiry—Check
Number Inquiry.
- Click Select
Properties. From the Select
Properties tab, select the properties for which you want to run the
inquiry and click Save.
- In the Select Check No field, type the check
number and click Find. If the
check number exists, the information is listed in the grid. If multiple
checks with the same number exist, all are listed.
- For details,
click a link in the grid for the check number you want to view:
