Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Setup Reports—Calendar List

The Calendar List provides a listing of valid Calendars that have been set up for use with accounting periods. Refer to Calendars Overview for more information.

ClosedReport Details

The list shows calendar information for every calendar entered into the system.

Summary Report shows Code, Description and Years.

Detail Report shows Code, Description, Years, as well as Period Start and End dates.

ClosedTo Display the Calendar List

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Calendar List.
  2. Select a Report Style: Summary List (default) or Detail List.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected to print the report in Excel, then you are prompted to open or save the Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

ClosedEffect of Permissions

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access the Calendar List menu item.
